The First Visit

During the first visit, we will meet the patient(s), review their history, and take note of specific considerations including any medical conditions, special requests, and expectations as well as any concerns that the patient(s) may have. Factors that may warrant special interest to the physician include:

– cycle regularity
– previous pregnancies and outcomes
– history of fertility treatments and responses

The initial consultation will include more details based on the patient’s conditions.

  • Communicable disease testing (HIV, VDRL, HTLV, HBsAg, and Hep C Antibody) must be completed by every patient prior to starting treatment
  • FSH, LH, E2, Prolactin, testosterone, progesterone DHEA
  • AMH is an out of pocket test, not covered by OHIP
