We would like to notify all our patients that starting December 1^st, 2022, all our doctors’ appointments will be scheduled to be “In-Person”.

Our current virtual care services (ZOOM call and Phone call appointments) will remain in place until November 30^th, 2022. However, starting December 1^st, 2022, we will be booking “In-Person” appointments with our doctors. This means that starting December 1^st, 2022, patients with doctors’ appointments will be required to come into our clinics to speak to the doctors’ directly.

As you will now be coming into the clinic to speak to your doctor, please see under for the doctors’ general schedules and clinic locations:

*As the above mentioned are the doctors’ general schedules, they are subject to change due to holidays and personal/clinic arrangements. Please inquire with reception when booking an appointment with your doctor.

As we are going back to “In-Person” doctor appointments, we are expecting to have a higher flow of patients coming into the clinic. Therefore, we kindly ask that patients follow the “In-Clinic” Guidelines:

No additional individuals (family, children, etc.) are allowed to accompany the person seeing a doctor, undergoing a test and/or procedure
No walk-ins are accepted
All patients are required to self-screen for exposure and/or symptoms of COVID-19. If you have been exposed and/or have symptoms of COVID-19, quarantine and call the clinic ASAP
Masks are required inside the clinic (masks are provided if you do not have one)
Bring your valid OHIP card (Ontario Health Card) – if cards are not up-to-date, please reschedule your appointment, or pay for the office visit
