Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and build relationships with Family Physicians, OB/GYN clinics, and community health providers
- Introduce IVF Canada’s programs, services, and referral pathways to medical professionals
- Represent IVF Canada at community events, conferences, and health fairs
- Follow up with referring physicians and maintain a consistent communication network
- Identify new outreach opportunities and provide insights for marketing campaigns
- Support promotional materials distribution and assist with event logistics
- Report field feedback to the Marketing and Operations teams

Qualifications:
- College diploma or university degree in Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field
- Experience in healthcare marketing, pharmaceutical, or medical sales preferred

- Own transportation and valid Ontario driver’s license required

Opportunity:
We are seeking a CPSO-registered, fully licensed Family Physician in Ontario with a passion for women’s health and reproductive medicine.
Successful candidates will receive full training from our fertility specialists and will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Scope of Practice:
- Conduct fertility-related patient assessments and investigations and report directly to fertility specialists in the clinic.
- Perform diagnostic procedures (ultrasound, hysterosalpingogram – HSG)
- Provide treatment services (cycle monitoring, timed intercourse, IUI)
- Collaborate closely with fertility specialists and allied health professionals
Operational & Strategic Projects:
- Identify and propose operational improvements to clinic workflows
- Lead or support implementation of new clinical programs
- Willing to Assist in the setup and launch of new satellite clinic locations
- Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to support operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements (Qualifications):
